Professional

Receive recruiter submissions, manage invites, and organize inbound opportunities with duplicate comparison and quality control.

Recruiter

?

Submit structured jobs through invitation-based access, reuse saved job templates, and operate from the recruiter-side workspace.

Admin

?

Admin cannot be self-enabled. Only an existing admin can add another admin. The default admin is admin@goldhiring.com.

Moderator

?

Moderator also cannot be self-enabled. Only an admin can grant it after trust and judgment criteria are met.

Role Switcher

?

Once a role is enabled, it appears in the top navigation role switcher so the user can move directly into that role’s home page and workflows.

Users may start with only Professional or only Recruiter enabled.
Settings is where the second business role becomes available.
Admin and Moderator remain visible as restricted until granted.
